THE REASON OF THEIR NAMES
This time we have a good valencian artists representation, because the name of each band embrace some good friends.
- MORGANA, in honour to metalheads Morgana Vs. Morgana (Carlos, Raul, Javi and Vicente). You can enjoy them in www.morganavsmorgana.net. Excellents and playing since 1994.
- Bob MARLEY, he couldn't be missing in the M with his rastas and the best reggae ever.
- MALU, known spanish pop singer, guitarrist Paco de Lucia's niece, that's here in memory of my colleague in Madrid, Eva Liron.
- The british band MUSE, lately I really like them, and they give their name to a beautiful female of the litter. Very recommendable progressive rock.
- MADONNA, mamma mia... what can I say about the Queen of Pop, I guess you know her very well.
- Back to Valencia, MARLEN was a pop band in the 80s formed by people like Rafa Serra, Marga Arroyo, Julian Toribio, Juan Antonio Sanchez and Copi Pico (Comite Cisne and Revolver drummer), without forgeting the founder Attilio Nava.
- MANIA, lead by the american singer Meggy Seidler, was also a project from the valencian 80s. There a lot of reputed musicians and friends of the local underground passed by. I wouldn't end the list and I wouldn't like to forget anyone.
- And in closing, McFLY... you'll think about Back to the Future, but it really goes dedicated to the favourite band of my daugther. They're from England, they're young and they sound really fine, and I also like them.
