RESERVING AN ELINDALO PUPPY

1. You can contact with us by email (manuel@elindalo.com) or telephone (+34 96 164 82 85 or +34 651 997 104), the two ways are fast and we will take care of all your doubts.

2. Once you know all the details and you have chosen your puppy, the next step in order to make the reserve is to transfer to our account:

the 50 percent of the decided price. We will send an email to you with all the details as you can make this transference.

3. As soon as we receive this amount, in our Web and in the corresponding photo we will indicate that puppy already is reserved for you and, of course, will not be offered to anybody more. The legend (in orange color) will be: RESERVED.

4. When the puppy correctly is weaned of its mother (never before 50 days from its birth) and ready for give to you (the predicted date figure in the card of the litter in this web), we will contact with you so that you can transfer the 50 remaining percent (in the same Bank account that we have facilitated to you above).

5. Once we have received the amount of your transference, we will contact with you for tell you how and when the mascot arrives at your home.

6. Also you can make the transference, if therefore you wish it, by the total of the price decided a single time. In this case the puppy is definitively sold and as so it appears in the Web. The legend (in red color) will be: RESERVED.

7. We will send photos periodically to you (by email) so that you can see as your new friend grows and progresses.

8. Please, you do not have problem in consulting any doubt to us that you have after reading this page. We are for helping.


ELINDALO GUARANTEES

1. All our puppies have their Official Certificate Pedigree granted by the Royal Canine Society of Spain and are registered in the LOE (Spanish Book of Origins).

2. A good quality, guaranteed by the excellent line of blood of its ancestors, where appear up to 10 champions of Spain.

3. Our dogs are bred in house, within a good familiar atmosphere.

4. Vaccinated, wormed and controlled sanitarily. Download here full Doc (Spanish only, sorry. Soon translate)

5. Legal Identification with Tattoo or Microchip, implanted by the Veterinarian Dr. Miguel de Manuel and facilitated to the Royal Canine Society of Spain so that it appears in the official documents of the puppy.

6. To the delivery of your puppy we facilitated to you: copies of the Pedigree of the Parents, the Registry and Inscription of the Litter in the LOE, document of Elíndalo with all the ancestors of the puppy until its Great Great Grandparents (4 generations), Sanitary Record and Veterinary International Certificate.

7. The shipments of puppies outside Spain are by airplane in special cage pet and is subject to the effective legislation in each country of destiny. Like alternative, you are welcome to our house if you want personally to pick up your puppy.

8. We want any potential owner of an Elindalo Spanish Water Dog to have a positive experience with the breed and our kennel. We are proud of our dogs.

9. In case that some puppy, reserved or sold, has some mishap of any type, during its stay in Elíndalo and before the delivery to the new adoptive family, this one will have right to the recovery of the total of the given money or to choose another puppy available of the litter.

10. In exceptional occasions, Elindalo reserve its right to keep any litter's puppy though it'll be reserved or adopted, if Elindalo considering that this unit could be useful for the blood-line's improvement of our kennel and therefore of the Spanish Water Dog breed. Supposing that, the adoptive could chose other puppy of the same or other litter, or if the adoptive prefer, recover all the given money. This supposition is almost far-off, but we like provide it publicly here.

11. And remember, an Elindalo Puppy is not for anyone, only for lovely families and people.
